We come in and match all of your paint and touch up as needed. On the interior we will paint whole walls as needed. If it’s an exterior we will match the paint and touch up as needed. We use certain techniques that match the color and sheen so it will not look like its been spot painted. Every 6 months your property will look better and better and stay that way from here on out, again for less than painting complete. If you need a complete paint to start we can do that as well.
Once every 6 months or every year depending on the property and traffic we will send you a reminder note letting you know it's time for your paint evaluation. We'll follow up with a phone call to schedule a convenient time to visit the property. When we visit we will conduct a thorough evaluation on the condition of the paint and submit a written estimate for the work to be completed.
